I am a web developer and designer living in Calgary, Alberta. I have always been interested in the more creative side of things, and I have spent plenty of time throughout my life experimenting with different mediums, such as traditional and/or digital art, illustration, 3D modelling, and motion graphics.
In high school, I designed an entirely new identity for our robotics team, which included a new logo, motion graphics to help make our presence on YouTube stand out, and even some physical items, such as laser-cut parts to show off our sponsors, and a large team flag.
Similarly, I gained experience working at my high school morning-TV production studio. I learned to work with camera equipment, audio mixers, switchers, and more. It was as close to working on a real television show as a high school studio could have been, and a great learning experience.
Moving forward, I'm now focused on website development and UI/UX design. Websites can have a lot of variability in them, so designing and implementing them can pose many challenges, but with diligence and hard work, I have consistently overcome those challenges. Coding websites gives me the freedom to design things to my exact specifications, and I am confident that I can do the same for my clients.
